"I personally felt like I was missold the SMP service. They weren't able to make time for a 3rd session and ended up blaming me for it instead of taking ownership. Even after spending thousands of pounds on a hair transplant and on the SMP, I'm back to square one of using hair fibres, there was no apology or compensation offered. A total waste of time and money , therefore wouldn't recommend."
